Should a malfunction occur, our goal is to minimize your production downtime.
Functional impairments in BRÄUER devices can often be resolved without an on-site service visit. Therefore, in case of a malfunction, please follow these steps before contacting us:
Refer to the operating or assembly manual to ensure the device is connected correctly and programmed for smooth operation.
Check all cables on the device. A cable may be damaged due to frequent bending.
Use a replacement module or a functional component as a substitute to minimize downtime.
We also consider the possibility of repairing the device internally or at your location. For timely and effective repair, we require your cooperation.
Please use the “Repair Request” form exclusively and provide us with all necessary information. Fields marked in orange are mandatory to ensure smooth processing of your repair at our facility. Feel free to attach photos/videos to your email along with the Repair Request form.
When shipping defective modules, devices, or parts, always include the printed Repair Request form.
Make sure to follow the safety and packaging instructions in your operating or assembly manual when packaging the item. Failure to follow these safety and packaging instructions could pose risks to individuals and result in damage to the module/device. Non-compliance with these instructions will result in the forfeiture of any claims for compensation.
We remain at your service if you purchase our devices/ components. Use of our equipment to ensure a smooth production process requires expertise, but our company’s aim is to teach you. Our service technicians support you in optimizing your milling parameters.

We also work with you and your team to provide sound guidance in a timely manner and to troubleshoot problems as quickly as possible. Our strong network worldwide makes it possible to assist you on site – wherever you are. The BRÄUER service technicians receive regular training and thus have all the technical knowledge and certifications they need.

BRÄUER will also provide your employees with optimal training in handling our equipment. Our worldwide network allows us to provide training on site or in live remote sessions.
We provide in-house instructions (at our Annaberg headquarters) in German or/and English. We will also train your employees at your site in the language of your country, with a translator/ interpreter of your choice. After completion of training, participants receive a certificate attesting to successful participation and specifying the relevant topics.
